You get full access to KABAN's platform for 45 days – time tracking and daily/monthly reports, leave management, employee records and roles, payroll-ready data, and the mobile app – so you can evaluate it with your own team and data before committing. Enterprise features (like custom integrations) are arranged separately.
No. You can start your free trial without adding a payment card.
When your free trial ends, you can pick a plan and keep working right away. If you don't, your organization switches to read-only for a while — you keep access to view and export your data, and everything is restored the moment you subscribe. If the account stays inactive after that, it's eventually removed. Full details are in our Terms.
No. Onboarding is included in the free trial – there’s no separate setup or implementation fee.
Payments are handled by invoice. After choosing your plan, you’ll receive an invoice from our team to complete payment.
Yes. The prices shown are final – $2 per user/month for Team, with a $25 monthly minimum. Enterprise pricing is custom, based on your needs.
